§ 1.13.70. Offender's obligations

Within fifteen (15) working days from the date the administrative citation is issued, an offender shall (i) pay the fine amount designated on the administrative citation; or (ii) make a written request for an administrative hearing ("hearing"). The issuance date shall mean the date the administrative citation is released from the City's possession by any of the methods specified in subsection A of Section 1.13.50.
