§ 5.04.110. Contents of permit

After approval of a business permit pursuant to section 5.04.100, the City Clerk, after the applicant has complied with the provisions of this chapter relating to business licenses, shall issue to the applicant a business permit, which shall contain:

A. The name of the person to whom the business permit is issued;

B. The nature of the business for which the business permit has been issued;

C. The place where such business is to be conducted or the area in which such business may be operated;

D. The date of the expiration of such business permit; and

E. If the business permit was approved by the City Council subject to terms, conditions and restrictions upon the operation and conduct of the business, the permit shall contain a complete statement of such terms, conditions and restrictions.
